南京梅山医院精神科主任、学科带头人、医学博士在读。参与和主持科研课题多项，在国内外核心期刊发表学术论文40余篇，主要研究方向为心身医学，抑郁症与自杀，精神分裂症社区康复、抗精神病药不良反应、医务人员职业倦怠干预等，曾获江苏省医学新技术引进二等奖，江苏省医学科技奖二等奖，江苏省科学技术奖三等奖。
